How do I return an item?

We would like you to buy with confidence. So please call us before placing an order so we can make sure you order the right liner for your application. We ask that you pay for all shipping charges, plus a restocking fee for a return. We can ONLY do a return on standard liner kits and liners, nothing that is custom can be returned. Anything over 8 Inch diameter is custom. As well as all oval and pre-insulated liners are custom. Also, some other diameters are custom as well. Please call and check before purchasing to see what is custom. Furthermore, parts are made custom so they will not be eligible for a return

 

Here’s how easy it is:

  • Simply file a case via email or phone with our Customer Service Department within 7 days of receiving your item. (email orders@chimneylinerkit.com or call 1(631) 255-9512.
  • We will give you a return authorization number in about 48-72 hours, that we will use to track your return.
  • Once you have shipped the item back to us and we have inspected it, assuming it is in new/unused condition we will issue you the refund.
  • If it is not new/unused and in it original package, we cannot accept the return.
  • Package the item(s) so they arrive in good condition.
  • YOU SHOULD INSURE THE ITEMS YOU ARE RETURNING.
